We offer short-term counselling or long-term counselling as required to suit your current life situation. When you meet your counsellor you can agree how many sessions are appropriate for you and the issue(s) that you want to explore. You will probably also want to agree a periodic review with your counsellor, say every 6 sessions, so that you both can understand how you feel you are progressing towards your goals.
