We are a Counselling and Therapy Centre situated in the heart of Chelmsford, within easy reach of the train and bus station.
Our team of 20 include Counsellors, Hypnotherapists and Life and Business Coaches who can offer the following services:

We are able to offer counselling techniques to suit you, our client. We will listen, non-judgementally, aiming to help and encourage you to find the solutions that best suit you; whether they be coping strategies or exploring the choices available to you.
